The role involves preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, equipment improvements, and customer support to ensure that customers" production lines
can operate without interruption.

The Service organization consists of customer support teams, with on-site Service Engineers working together with technical support and operations support teams.
Individual responsibilities include equipment inspections, maintenance, failure analysis and recovery, improvement activities, and work reporting.
Q. What are the working environment and work schedule like?
As the role involves being stationed at customer sites to provide maintenance services for our equipment, employees work on a shift basis.
Depending on the characteristics of each production line, shift schedules may operate on a 4-team, 3-shift 4-team, 2-shift or 3-team, 2-shift basis.
