Q. Are you looking for any specific majors?
We use AutoCAD and Inventor, therefore we do look for people who have been trained at their respective academic institutions to work with these tools fairly competently. As for majors, we give priority to engineering majors e.g. mechanics, mechatronics, etc.
Q.Do I need a specific skill set or qualification to carry out the corresponding tasks?
Depending on the situation, it may be important to work quickly rather than giving more attention to detail. However, given the nature of designing work, you will be required to have excellent detail to attention and work with great precision. Concentration, perseverance, passion, and will are also some of the capacities we look for in employees.
